Is there an English/Spanish translator app that doesn't require internet connection?

if so could you give me the name of it? I dont care if it costs money, i just need one that does not require internet connection.

Try Babylon. You can download it here, on the internet.

http://translation.babylon.com/ Then, you can transfer it (like, using a Flash Drive or something) onto the

PC that doesn't have an internet. Then, once you have transfered it to the PC, run the Babylon8_setup.exe file. Then, it should run on the PC without internet.
